How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@keepgoing.dev with your order number and we'll process your refund promptly.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy, our payment provider. Once approved, expect 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your license will be deactivated and access to paid features (such as Decision Detection) will be revoked.

Free Tier

The free tier of KeepGoing is always available regardless of refund status. You can continue using all core features at no cost.
